Granta Heritage provide archaeological and heritage expertise. They specialise in historic building recording and church archaeology. The business was launched in 2019 and they were looking to establish their logo design to make further branding decisions. We worked together closely to establish the brand values and origins of the name and came up with the final design shown here.
Sometimes customers we work with have a few ideas and want to see them come to life in creative designs. We produced a number of options for the customer in this instance and then we whittle it down looking at bits they like and bits they don’t.
The most important bit for us when working on logos and designs is gathering in requirements, really getting to know the brand and nailing the design brief.
We pretty quickly settled on this classic shade of green as the main brand colour and a font and design that reflects the river, the heritage and the type of services delivered.
