Marketing Strategy & Plan for ZeroDayLab

ZeroDayLab were looking for support with their marketing after a period of not having an internal marketing team.

I proposed a Discovery, Strategy & Planning Service along with some ongoing management of marketing activities. I got started in January 2021 working in the position of Interim Marketing Director for ZeroDayLab for a 3 month period.

My approach is to get involved like I have joined the business in this key position. During the 3 month engagement I have delivered a full Strategy and Plan of action for the next 12 months. Data is cleansed and ready to go, some day to day activity has started again and we hired a permanent member of the ZeroDayLab team to continue to execute the agreed plan & strategy.

I will now continue to work with ZeroDayLab on a longer term contract ensuring the delivery of the marketing strategy and plan and offering mentoring/management to the new marketing team member.

Kerry was recommended to ZeroDayLab as our Sales Director had worked with her in the past. We needed a senior professional with strategic vision and the ability to execute quickly and efficiently. Kerry has not only been a real pleasure to work with, but also has the ability to quickly digest the needs of the business and get on with implementing clear marketing initiatives.
